Linus,

Please pull the latest 4096 cpus git tree from:

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/linux-2.6-tip.git cpus4096-for-linus

this topic was driven by Mike Travis @ SGI and deals with various small
details related to turning default distribution kernels into able to
boot and run on 4096 CPU boxes. Rather crazy.

There are two main types of changes: reduce kernel stack footprint
(having a 512 byte cpumask on the kernel stack hurts), and update
various CPU iterators to not go from 1 to 4096 but just from 1 to 2 on
90% of the boxes that have 2 or less CPUs. Neither could be done
automatically so these are all manual changes.

Thanks,

Ingo
