It says the right thing.

Turns out the user didn't correctly check the time on the AD server.
If you just do:

C:\>time

It doesn't report AM vs PM. Use the following to get AM vs PM:

C:\>time /T

The time on the Windows server was set to 3 AM and not 3 PM.
