I am working with konqueor embedded. That means that I have none of the
usual KDE tools available; konq/e is the only app that runs on the system.

I would like to set up konqueror to

a) never cache anything anywhere (no disk writes at all)
b) never ask for any 'security related popups' - such as when submitting
forms

I am not that familiar with KDE... I'm guessing this is handled via
config settings somewhere....

What files, where do they go, and what goes in them?
