When dragging the mouse on my KDE 3.4.2 desktop I experience extremely
poor performance.
The selection rectangle moves extremely jerkily.
Please advise on how to either speed up the selection highlighting, or
disable it completely (such as a selection rectangle that's an outline
only.)
