compile parameters for kdesvn-build on a AMD 4000+

Hi!
Any hint how to "configure" on this processor on a SUSE 10.0 / gcc 4.0.2?

configure Error

checking grepping for visibility push/pop in headers... checking if C++
programs can be compiled... no

miss
a package named similar to libstdc++-dev.
