This is already possible by creating a separate account for each user. Use=

can go to K Control Center and set their desired language (assuming they ar=

installed). They should restart KDE to get the full effect. Users can als=

set whatever other preferences they want, since language won't be the only =
thing they might want different. The only trouble I see is being able to u=
se =
K Control Center under the default language long enough to set the desired =
language. But doesn't the first-time wizard ask for language? If not, may=
be =
it should.
