Yes I did, they don't list the kmditutorial page, but only the tiscali
error page under that url...

I missed the small "from cache" link in the results, but even if I had
found it, google cached the error page from tiscali, not the original
tutorial page.

But I think I found her/his email address, so I'll ask her/him directly.
