I've compiled kdemultimedia on 11th July and it found Ogg Theora
support just fine. But when I tried compiling it today it couldn't be
found anymore:

checking for theora_info_init in -ltheora... no
....
Ogg Theora support was not found.
a KFile-plugin for displaying Ogg Theora Information
has been disabled from compilation.

I guess this started to happen after these commits:
