Dependig on the reason code. If 2 or 3 the journal or the journal
receiver are damaged, if 1 the journal receiver reached its maximum size
and is not system managed, in this case you have to act manually
changing the journal receiver with CHGJRN JRN(MBS/KNVDET) JRNRCV(*GEN)
command, if you want to switch to system managed receiver add parameter
MNGRCV(*SYSTEM). Another reason can be that the counter of system
generated receiver exausted as it reached a sequence of 9999, so instead
of *GEN you should supply a new name so the sequence will restart. e.g:
assume you started with a journal receiver named KNVDET, system
generated receivers are KNVDET0001 through KNVDET9999 changing the name
to KNVDEU, next receiver will be KNVDEU0001. If you are in this
situation you may want to check if old receiver are still there on your
system and if you do not need them delete them.
You can have your system delete old unnecessary receivers specifying
MNGRCV(*SYSTEM) DLTRCV(*YES) in CHGJRN commad.
