STRPCCMD and SETENV on Windows Side

Is there a connection between these. Trying to run this and get
errors:

STRPCCMD PCCMD('C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\Winword.exe')

and this:

STRPCCMD PCCMD('\\10.10.10.10\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\Winword.exe')

Any help would be appreciated.

For sure the second is wrong as '\\10.10.10.10' is the name/address of a
windows network and 'Program Files' is an invalid share name.
The 1st one should work, try using start windows command, e.g.
STRPCCMD PCCMD('start /B C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\Winword.exe')
