Technical Skills

* Basic understanding of applicable business processes and terminology.
* Basic understanding of PkMS and how it has been implemented to
support the applicable business processes.
* Technical understanding of the PkMS application as it has been
implemented.
* Ability to successfully perform basic debugging and troubleshooting
with the application.
* Hands-on experience with the AS/400 development platform and DB2 in
general.
* Hands-on experience with the following application development
languages: RPG, CL, SQL.
* Hands-on experience with application support tools: Aldon, Control-M.
* Working knowledge of IT technology processes including...
- project planning and requirements gathering
- application development, configuration, and implementation
- business process design concepts / models
- incident, problem, change, and configuration management
