I have the following entry for LDEV 970 in my NPCONFIG:

970 (network_address = 172.16.52.66 PJL_SUPPORTED=TRUE
JAM_RECOVERY=TRUE MANUALFEED=OFF MEDIASOURCE=TRAY3)

Users are claiming spool files are going to the manual feed tray by
default. Is my syntax wrong?

My guess is that their default tray is Manual* on the Front panel, I
can't look as there is 3000 miles of difference between me and the
printer. The printer is allegedly an HP 4250tn (and I'm not even sure
it 'has' a front panel.)
