    It is a quiet Monday.

I noticed that the cost of riding the bus in Seattle will have to go up
a lot, they have not been able to determine how much. I guess the buses
run on Diesel and other carbon based products from oil wells not being
    drilled.

The price of a bus ride did include many subsidies from other sales
taxes (VAT for you across the pond). I guess sales tax was a part of
the subsidies. Sales taxes are down because people have to spend more
on gas (petrol) and have less disposable income. Gas tax revenues are
down because people are driving less because of the high price of gas.
Even the 15 cent a gallon past by the democratic governor this year did
not help. The state is in financial trouble because of the lost
    revenue.

We could make up the difference by taxing the Indian Casino's but the
democrats have been taking large donation from the Indian casinos and
for some reason they do not tax the Indian casinos.

On the good side there have been fewer accidents because teenagers
    cannot afford to drive.

    Here we go again...

Let me see, gambling is illegal, the workaround is that Indians are a separate nation, so they are allowed to open casinos. OK

Congressmen (and Senators) are not allowed to take foreign contributions.

    hmmmmm....

The logic just doesn't seem right.
