Well, I can't tell for sure (actually I am not sure what you are asking, but I assume you mean the DLT tape), but a VSTORE of the DLT tape goes only so far and then it asks for the second media to be mounted, which there ain't none.
By the way, I removed the "FCOPY" from the XOVER command line and here is what happened:
