Hello,

i have a question to a matrix operation with the HP 50G and/or HP 49G.
How do I differentiate two matricies? I donīt mean "matrix minus
matrix"!

Example:

[[1,2,3,4][5,6,7,8][1,2,3,4][5,6,7,8]]->a

delta(a) = [[4,4,4,4][-4,-4,-4,-4][4,4,4,4]]

Is there a possibility? With the TI-89 that is possible!

I assume you mean:
[[Row2-Row1][Row3-Row2][Row4-Row3]]

> [[1,2,3,4][5,6,7,8][1,2,3,4][5,6,7,8]]->a

If this matrix is on the stack then this program should work:

\<< AXM 2 \<< SWAP - \>> DOSUBS AXM \>>

Unfortunately that does not function! I tried it several times.
