  1. Problems with a wireless network card

The card is a Belkin 802.11g with a broad com chip set. Running SUSE 9.2
pro. The machine would quit during a bootup prior to welcome screen. It
gets to boot loader and the screen goes blank and the machine won't do a
thing. When the card is not installed it boots just fine.

    Any suggestions on fixing this?

    Help this is really frustrating.

You can try booting with the kanotix liveCD
which has support for wifi cards (not sure if it
covers the belkin which is pro M$ and notorious for Linux - use
safecom or something) and see if there is any difference.
