I wanted to know whom I could contact to find out the bit layout for
octet 130 of the MMS encapsulation protocol
where we have the Class-identifier's informational bit, the
Priority-value's high bit, the Response-status-value's
error-service-denied bit, the Status-value's rejected bit, and I am
assuming remaining 4 bits for the Message-type-value's
m-notification-ind. I want to find out the structure of octet 130, for
example does it look something like this:
