restore

i had a trojan virus tride to use pc angel to do non destuctive
restore,
but know i cant connecte to the internet and system wont shut down i
have been advised to do a full destrucive restore and then reload the
infor that came with the computer (evesham) is this a big job? and how
do i set up a internet connection arfterwards? any help would be
appreciated im not that tech minded so may seem a little slow on the
uptake.
