Default Possible trojan horse problem

A couple days ago I was getting a keygen because I lost my install key
for F.E.A.R. and it said it was a virus. It asked me if I wanted to
delete it and I said yes. Now all of my virus and security scans come up
positive but certain websites freeze firefox now and one told me that i
could not access it because of a troj/rustok-n trojan that i had. Please
help. I'm running the 32-bit edition of windows Vista.

Had a big problem last week. Went to http://www.majorgeeks.com/
and d/led all the free malware and AV pgms I could find.
Malware Bytes did a good job. So did Kaspersky`s tool.
Avast!, one of the better AV makers has free version that`s good.

And how did you verify that the programs you downloaded were
themselves clean?
