Hi Dave,

That's an easy challenge to answer:
RFC 862 - ECHO Protocol
RFC 863 - DISCARD Protocol
RFC 864 - CHARGEN Protocol

Those protocols are not crappy ;-)
But, you can do nasty things with them...
