Open the sourceforge.net website and search for "u-boot". Subscribe to their

u-boot-users@lists.sourceforge.net
(or https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/...o/u-boot-users)

and ask on this maillist again.

You need to download the board support package and read the Quickstart
guide. It will tell you how to build the toolchain and recompile u-
boot.
