    Your welcomed.

I just had a look at the list myself. Been a few months since I last looked
at it and i noticed there are a lot of idn SLDs in it. But they are not in
punnycode. You may need idn to convert them to ascii.

Example - the Chinese second level they list as 公司.cn
    is actually represented as
xn--55qx5d.cn in ascii for the purpose of resolution in the DNS. So keep an
eye out for IDN TLDs if you need to convert them.

Uhm, are you sure that they exclusively use IDNA? After all, there is
    this:

    \229\133\172\229\143\184.cn IN A 159.226.7.162

Sorry about that Peter - the problem with multilingual stuff I looked in
the bind users archives and its just as garbled there. Here is an HTML copy
    of my message.

The Chinese scripts didn't come out but you get the gist of what I was
    saying.

    kindest regards
    joe

p.s. as you remember your the Tech in the message above referenced who was
experimenting with language variations in the DNS. don't know if you
    remember that.
