Post upgrade to 9.4.2-P1 we had performance issues with file handles on a
semi-busy server (1200 queries/second). We followed the recommendation for
an upgrade to 9.4.3b2.

The server has dropped twice since the upgrade with the following errors:

9.4.2 ran solid for months. Is there a known issue?
