I am currently trying to render a rotating MIP from slices of data. The way i do this is rotate the slices by an angle, stack them up and produce a MIP. My question is, how can i perform this rotation? As my slices are 2D, i have to convert them to 3D to rotate along Y axis right? I am currently looking at openGL( as i work on c#). Any suggestiongs/ideas as to how i could go around would be appreciated. Also please tell me if i'm heading in the right direction.THanks!
