    You did not search for a long time, didn't you ?

    http://dclunie.com/#Images
    -> "JPEG, JPEG-LS and JPEG 2000 compressed transfer syntax test DICOM
    images at NEMA"

    I do not see how much more explicit can you get. Anyway it points to:

    ftp://medical.nema.org/MEDICAL/Dicom/DataSets/WG04/

    Hi Mathieu,

    Sorry, I missed some thing in the post. I was looking for
    multiframe JPEG 200 lossless only images.

    I mean, the tag (0028,0008) > 1
    (0002,0010) = 1.2.840.10008.1.2.4.90 and
    (0008,0016) = 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.3.1.

    and the pixel data is of multiple frames,

    (7FE0,0010);OB;-1;Pixel
    Data;fffffffeffffffff00ffffffe000000000fffffffefff fffff00ffffffe02c3e0500ffffffff4fffffffff51002f000 0;168864
    (FFFE,E000);DL;0;Item;;168876
    (FFFE,E000);DL;343596;Item;;168884
    (FFFE,E000);DL;343234;Item;;512488
    (FFFE,E000);DL;342240;Item;;855730
    (FFFE,E000);DL;341064;Item;;1197978

    Thanks,
    Uday

    You can generate a couple using gdcmconv + gdcmData. Grab:
    rle16loo.dcm & US-PAL-8-10x-echo.dcm from gdcmData. Then convert them
    to lossless jpeg2000 using gdcmconv:

    $ gdcmconv --j2k -i rle16loo.dcm -o rle16loo_j2k.dcm

    or

    $ gdcmconv --j2k -i US-PAL-8-10x-echo.dcm -o US-PAL-8-10x-
    echo_j2k.dcm
