Hi all

I have decided to start building a little "PACS History" archive
of documents and section in my FAQ.

I am starting with the MDIS RFP, which describes the features that
the military required in what became the Siemens Gammasonics/Lockheed
Martin/Loral/GE PACS that was eventually used in both military and
civilian sites and became the first version of Centricity.
