  1. dcmtk - accessing frames of images

    i write a program using the dcmtk toolkit. i finally succeeded in
    writing some code that puts four several .dcm-files (showing four
    different views of a lung/trachea) together like on this picture:

    http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/451/bildaz7.png

    to load the pictures i used this:

    Code:
    DcmFileFormat datei1;
    DcmFileFormat datei2;
    DcmFileFormat datei3;
    DcmFileFormat datei4;
    datei1.loadFile("pictures/bild01.dcm");
    datei2.loadFile("pictures/bild02.dcm");
    datei3.loadFile("pictures/bild03.dcm");
    datei4.loadFile("pictures/bild04.dcm");

    what i really need to know is how to load all the dcm-files that
    belong together in my program.
    i tried
    Code:
    DcmFileFormat datei;
    datei.loadFile("pictures/");

    just using the path, but it didn't work.

    just one simple example would be incredibly helpful. thank you for
    your help.

  2. Re: dcmtk - accessing frames of images

    Hello dall,

    please direct your Question to the dcmtk forums at
    http://forum.dcmtk.org/, I am sure there you will find help.

    In this newsgroup, only discussions regarding the DICOM Standard itself
    are discussed.

    HTH,

    Peter
