I have saved all the graphical overlays in 60xx,3000 and able to view
it in DicomScope (implemented Dicom Overlay plane module - according
to dicom standard part3).

Now i'm trying to view the saved overlays in my viewer, I see two ways
of doing it
i) take the co-ordinates from overlay data convert the image co-
ordinates to world co-ordinate and setpoints
ii) create a texture out of the bitmask and make it transparent and
apply to an image

could any one suggest me the standard way of doing

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
