    Hello group:

    I can't derive CT value from DICOM header. Partial of the DICOM header
    looks like this:

    0028,0000,Image Presentation Group Length=170
    0028,0002,Samples Per Pixel=1
    0028,0004,Photometric Interpretation=MONOCHROME2
    0028,0010,Rows=512
    0028,0011,Columns=512
    0028,0030,Pixel Spacing=0.7968750 0.7968750

    Should i apply 2's complement to get the CT value?

    Presumably you mean you want the image data in hounsfield units

    hu = pixel value * rescale slope + intercept value. Your rescale
    information is indicating an identity transform -- ie. pixel data =
    Hounsfield units

    pixel representation = 1 means the pixel data is in twos complement
