You can have a good idea about the location of the peoples posting in a
newsgroup: Open the source of the posted article (CTRL+F3 in Outlook
Express) and search for the line looking like this (extracted from your own
post):
NNTP-Posting-Host: 85.64.223.95
The use one of the following website to query the location of the given IP
address:

http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp
http://www.ripe.net/perl/whois

In your case, the result show you are located in Israel.
Sometimes, the result is not accurate because article posting is done thru
remote system or thru a company WAN.
