  1. Weird Maybe Tags (0000,0092) and (0000,0093)

PS 3.4-2004 Page 146 Mentions an Error Comment (0000,0092) and Error ID
(0000,0093) but it doesn't elaborate on either of these... is
(0000,0092) a Tag? I'm trying to make a comprehensive list of Tags, and
these two are a mystery, appearing nowhere else in any document I
    currently have.

    Well spotted.

    These should be instead

    Error Comment (0000,0902)
    Error ID (0000,0903)

as defined in PS 3.7 Annex E.

I will fix PS 3.4 for the next release.

The tags are defined in DICOM Part 7 - Message Exchange. They are part
of the DICOM Message Service Element specifications

I assume you are clarifying what David Clunie said, not contradicting
    it...
