PS\2 Mouse on AS\500 - DEC
This is a discussion on PS\2 Mouse on AS\500 - DEC ; Hi,
I've a problem with a MS's IntelliMouse PS/2...on Debian 3.1
(kernel: 2.6.8)
(XFree86: 4.3.0.1)
the AS detect it at /dev/psaux but when i run X or gpm
i'm not able to move cursor.
From XF86Config-4:
Driver "mouse"
Option "Core ...

Option "Protocol" "ImPS/2" || intellimouse doesn't work too
Option "Buttons" "5"

there are no errors on XFree86.0.log
Any suggestion??

What happens when you say "cat /dev/psaux" in a terminal and move the
mouse?

Did you load the module psmouse? Sarge doesn't do so automatically.
