On my Thinkpad r50e, in tty1
ALT SYSRQ SHIFT prints the help lines.
ALT SYSRQ h doesn't.
In /dev/pts/0 (icewm), both don't.
Anyway, in states like bug 451989,
SYSRQ didn't help and I had to hit the RESET button.
