    This package installs an OO.org extention which turns on CTL support, and sets
    Hebrew as the default language.

    The user can overright these setting by changning them in the tools -> options
    -> language settings menu.

    It sounds like a useful package, but please add to the description an
    expansion of the CTL acronym.

    I think maybe he means RTL (right to left), which refers to the fact
    that hebrew (and other languages) are read/written starting from the
    right.

    No CTL means Complex Text Layout. In CTL languages the order as well as
    the appearence of glyphs can change; they are not in a strict sequence.
    Indic languages for example are CTL but not RTL. Hebrew and Arabic are
    both I suppose.
