Thanks for reading this.

I'm running Debian Sarge, and am unable to use the ftp client in passive
mode.

When I start the ftp client with the -d option, I get an error saying
"setsockopts: Bad file descriptor". If I try to do any transfer, even an
"ls", in passive mode, the client stalls until it times out. Active mode
works OK.

I confirmed that ip_nat_ftp and ip_conntrack_ftp are on the machine, and
I did a modprobe for both of them, but it made no difference.

All suggestions welcome.
