Updated UCSD II.0 disks for z80pack
After I learned how to rebuild the I.5 p-code interpreter and modify it
to my liking, I did the same for the II.0 version. The system disk for
II.0 now has an interpreter that supports four 8" floppy disk drives and
the both 4MB harddisk drives.
While I was at it I also repaired REMOUT. If you T)ransfer a text file
with the filer to #8, the text will be in auxiliaryout.cpm on the host,
as expected. I don't know what they smoked at UCSD 30 years ago, seems
it wasn't good ;-)
Documentation updated too, http://www.unix4fun.org/z80pack/doc_ucsd.html
The real fun is building it and then using it...
