Same as with CP/M 2 MP/M handles the keys backspace (CTRL-H) and rubout
(CTRL-?) different for line editing with paper ttys. Since most people
nowadays use some sort of glass tty and some OS's can't send CTRL-? from
the terminal emulation, the sources have been modified to handle both
keys identical.

The module including the tty handling is resbdos.spr, build with
bdos.sub. This module needs to be rebuild, copied to the MP/M disk and a
new MPM.SYS must be created with gensys. The MP/M server disks for usage
with CP/NET have been updated already.
