I am confused about speed on networks, at the moment I have an alcatel
broadband asdl connection at half meg.

I have bought a wireless adsl set up, now apart from the loss of speed when
sharing the internet, would I experience a loss in my connection, when I
connect up alone via wireless, and alternatively connecting to my wireless
modem via a Ethernet card.
