This is my home made bootable installation CD ISO available via
BitTorrent. It is minimal in that it only contains the 3.7/i386
directory.

The ISO was made like so:
mkisofs -b 3.7/i386/cdrom37.fs -c 3.7/i386/boot.catalog -R -J -o
/tmp/openbsd37_mini.iso .
