Since upgrading bind (from PORT_REPLACES_BASE_BIND8 to
PORT_REPLACES_BASE_BIND9) I've been having problems building a number
of ports. The symptoms are the same: "netdb.h: No such file or directory"
and "inet.h: No such file or directory" despite multiple copies of each:

#find /usr -name netdb.h -o -name inet.h
/usr/include/lwres/netdb.h
/usr/include/isc/netdb.h
/usr/src/contrib/bind9/lib/bind/include/netdb.h
/usr/src/contrib/bind9/lib/bind/include/arpa/inet.h
/usr/src/contrib/bind9/lib/isc/unix/include/isc/netdb.h
/usr/src/include/netdb.h
/usr/src/include/arpa/inet.h
/usr/src/lib/bind/lwres/lwres/netdb.h

How do I fix this?
