Lars,

The relase notes for 5.3 are located at
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infoce...v5r3/index.jsp. I
took a quick glance through the information center and I don't see
anything about it. I never worked on 5.2 but I know that in 5.3 the
PVID is 32 bits, but the last 16 bits are zeroes. If you do an lspv on
a disk you will only see the first 16 bits, but in the ODM the PVID is
32 bits.
