Availability of Firefox 1.5.0.9, Firefox 2.0.0.1 and Seamonkey 1.0.7 - Aix

This is a discussion on Availability of Firefox 1.5.0.9, Firefox 2.0.0.1 and Seamonkey 1.0.7 - Aix ; Builds of Firefox and Seamonkey for AIX 4.3.3 are available now. the POWER optimized build of Firefox 1.5.0.9 will follow tomorrow. The
machine is a little slow for building all three on one day ;-)

That's going to require some diddling around, I see the files are split
between multiple sites.

Installed and working great on 4.3.3 and 5.1 POWER, PPC. Thanks again!
I need to load up the quad 7012-G40 and see how it performs.

For AIX 5.2 and later, there's firefox available now at IBM

Quite outdated already. Uli's builds are fast, compatible with most
machines, and up to date. What more could you want?

The IBM builds are GTK2 with many, many more dependencies and therefore
a bigger memory footprint. I always review the IBM patches against the
original source tarball.
