Calculate IOPS and MBPS

I need to calculate max iops and MBps values on my aix system How can
I do this ?

Basicaly iops and MBps is no related to the OS but are determined by
the disk type & amount, disk controller type & amount and bus
interface.

So what is your real problem ?
