I have a question about lsof - on AIX

I know I can see how much a process has "written" to a file,
and how much it has "read" from a file...

Is there a way to do the same with a PIPE (i.e. listed as a FIFO in
lsof)...???

Take the lsof output for this process:

COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE
NAME
db2 1671184 trbennet cwd VDIR 10,8 8192
65962 /home (/dev/hd1)
db2 1671184 trbennet 0u VCHR 24,8 0t400605
740 /dev/pts/8
db2 1671184 trbennet 1w FIFO 0xf100010052e8ea30
0
db2 1671184 trbennet 2u VCHR 24,8 0t400605
740 /dev/pts/8
db2 1671184 trbennet 5w FIFO 0xf100010052e8ea90
0
db2 1671184 trbennet 6r VREG 10,5 999
8195 /usr (/dev/hd2)

I'd like to know how much it has written on FileDescriptor #1
(shown above as "FIFO 0xf100010052e8ea30" )

Thanks,
-tony
