Default bos.mp 5.3.0.30 install error

I want to install jdk 1.6 on aix 5.3.
It fails because the followings are missing:
bos.mp 5.3.0.30 # Fileset Update
bos.mp64 5.3.0.30 # Fileset Update
bos.net.tcp.client 5.3.0.30 # Fileset Update
bos.rte 5.3.0.30 # Fileset Update
bos.rte.libc 5.3.0.30 # Fileset Update

I search for bos at
http://www.ibm.com and
the search result for all 5 bos components is the same: 5300-03.
Therefore I downloaded the file 5300-03.

# cd /home/twong/tmp/bos
# ls -l
total 33
-rw-r--r-- 1 twong staff 16643 Aug 27 15:07 5300-03
# inutoc .
# smitty install_all

Before command completion, additional instructions may appear below.

0503-003 geninstall: The specified device /home/twong/tmp/bos
is not a valid device or file.

Please help to fix this error.
Thanks.

you should not try to install some text file....
http://www-933.ibm.com/eserver/suppo...mation/5300-03
and here --> Continue
Then select the download method (eg. ftp) and --> Continue
You'll get a popup with download instructions including the
name of the ftp server and the directory you'll find the ML.
