/etc/filesystems check=true log? - Aix

This is a discussion on /etc/filesystems check=true log? - Aix ; We have setup filesystems with the check=true option in order to automatically fsck filesystems that may need it on boot (after a power outage for instance). If I recall, the messages (if any are generated) on boot with this option ...

  1. /etc/filesystems check=true log?

    We have setup filesystems with the check=true option in order to
    automatically fsck filesystems that may need it on boot (after a power
    outage for instance).

    If I recall, the messages (if any are generated) on boot with this
    option go to the console.

    But I can't seem to find or verify what log this would go to, or does
    it?

    Should be the console log:

    /var/adm/ras/conslog
