You don't want to do that. The scripts in /etc/X11/Xsession.d/ are
executed for any user, so your .bash_profile will also be executed when
any other user logs in--that's unsafe.
Any scripts you put into /etc/X11/Xsession.d/ should be pretty much
self-contained, e.g.:
--------/etc/X11/Xsession.d/43-xmodmap----------
#!/bin/sh
xmodmap -e '...'
