I agree to "must be s DEC approved..". CD-Drive should be identified as
an RRD42 or 43, otherwise it won´t boot. I tried with other SCSI CD-Rom
drives without success.
I always used "set boot_osflags s" from the console to start
installation from CD, as this will run in a single user environment.
